 Terzo is seeking an experienced Product Manager to help build the future of our VRM platform. You will have a chance to drive product development in a cross-functional environment.

 This is a challenging, fast-paced, and rewarding position at the nerve center of a dynamic, high-growth startup software company. The successful candidate will be comfortable interacting with product, design and marketing professionals and will have a strong practical sense of prioritization. You will understand value-proposition informed design, as well as understand the central role of our user personas and enterprise data in the platform.

As a member of the product team, you will partner with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You will be a key player in the product development process, from brainstorming the next product innovation to working directly with designers and engineers to implement important features.

We employ agile development principles on a continuous release cycle to deliver ongoing innovations, which exceed our customers’ expectations. Customer feedback through in-person contact and through detailed product analytics inform implementation around our strategic vision. Job Responsibilities 

  • Drive product development from small features to new offerings

  • Work hands-on with designers and developers to implement and build new features that meet our high standards for simplicity and quality

  • Work with Leadership team to help shape and drive business cases for product features

  • Develop the product roadmap and build consensus on prioritization

  • Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision

  • Act as product owner for features and enhancements, interact with sales/customer success and customers to understand their needs

  • Set up product backlogs and ensure priorities align with the company’s vision

  • Be actively involved in all agile ceremonies

  • Contribute to product roll out efforts with marketing and sales


  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline, Computer Science, Design, or a Business discipline - all candidates must be comfortable in a software product environment and have strong analytical and critical thinking skills

  • 5+ years in product management; including at least 4 years with a SaaS focused on product development, product management or product design

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills along with ability to work effectively with business and technology leaders

  • A proven track record in driving the development of software products at a high growth technology company

  • Experience collaborating with designers, developers, marketers, and customers in an agile environment

  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle a fast-paced work environment

  • Ability to balance short-term goals and long-term vision
